Graduated from Luxun Art Academy in 1970.

Now he is a member of the China’s Oil Painting Association, vice-chairman of the Liaoning Oil-Painting Association, a member of the Liaoning Oil-Painting Art Committee, director of the Liaoning Fine Artists Association, vice-chairman of Dalian Fine Artists Association, vice-chairman and the secretary general of Dalian Oil-Painting Association, working in the Workers’ Cultural Palace in Dalian.
