Xue Yan Qun, male, born in Dalian in 1953, was admitted into the Oil-Painting Dept. in Shenyang Luxun Fine Art Academy in 1978. He was employed by that academy after graduation. He obtained Master degree of Art in the Oil-Painting Dept. in the same school. Now he is an associate professor in Shenyang Luxun Fine Art Academy, a member of Chinese Fine Art Association and Chinese Oil-Painting Association.
